By accessing or using SPEND. (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SPEND. is a manual, offline-first financial tracking application. It is provided as a tool to help you organize your personal ledger. We are not a bank, a financial advisor, or an accounting firm. Any decisions you make based on the information entered into SPEND. are entirely your own responsibility.

3. User Accounts

To use the cloud-sync features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. "As Is" Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to keep your data secure and the app bug-free, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, totally error-free, or completely immune to unauthorized access.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SPEND. or its creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
